Our principal, Mr. Joe Kovach is a native Clevelander who got his start in the construction field when he got out of the Marine Corps in 1979. Joe is a graduate of Father Flanagans Boys Home in Boys Town, Nebraska, where he took carpentry as a trade. Mr. Kovach's passion has always been to enter into the building and home inspection industries. After his duty with the Marines was complete, Joe began remodeling homes in southern California.
When Joe decided to return home to Ohio, He enrolled in Great Lakes Technical Institute for a thorough and comprehensive Home Building and Maintenance program. After completing the program, Joe began building new homes in the Cleveland area. After several years building new homes, Joe has decided to focus his attention on the remodeling industry where he remained until he saw the need for highly qualified Home Inspectors. Joe refined his teachings by completing an additional program at Hondros College where he obtained a Master Home Inspector Designation.
